‘PURE BRED’ PILSNER

TASTING NOTES

Bright and crisp, our Pilsner is hopped with Magnum & Hallertau Mittelfruh. It drinks best during the summer months but is easily enjoyed all year round. Only the finest malt has been used, carefully proportioned to give this brew a rounded maltiness, offset by the low-hop bitterness. After fermentation it is then ‘lagered’ at low temperature for 3-4 weeks for clarification and development of flavour.
